A small place in a strip mall. When we got here we were the only ones on a Saturday at lunch… The drink cups were a little crusty. We all ordered the phở chicken and it was okay. Not especially good just okay. Worth a try if you are in Boerne and are looking for Vietnamese.

Ordered the bahn mi sandwich(5) and they sucked. Pork was a pork loaf sausage type thing and the bread was a keiser roll that was stale and hard. Thouroughly sucked ass, very disappointed. Go to Vhins truck(utsa area) or any other viet place in santone for a good sammie. Cannot believe these guys are still in biz.

Very disappointed in the quality. My cilantro was wilted and bean sprouts were almost brown, my spring rolls were loosely wrapped. Flavor was bland, I heard microwave doors opening and closing(not a good sign) I eat Vietnamese food weekly and this place is a shame. For people who don’t know any better. One would think they are getting something delicious

A terrific place! The restaurant is cozy and clean. I had read that the space is rather small so we got there by noon. The space is just fine. They do get a lot of to go orders. The owner is very personable and funny. I watched here as she quoted what customers wanted as they came through the door. She remembers her regulars and what they eat. Pretty neat. Anyway, we ordered summer rolls and steamed pork rolls, followed by a pork rice plate with fried egg, a chicken vermicelli bowl and a bowl of soup. We ordered way too much food, so I took the vermicelli bowl home. The food is freshly prepared and very tasty. If there is a down side, it is that the food is a little slow coming out of the kitchen. But it was worth the wait. Definitely going back.

Great place, super service. My suggestion is avoid the menu. Ask the cook for a recommendation and she will make something incredible.

My Husband & I came to Phở Deli on our way out from San Antonio during a road trip. It’s a small deli, not very busy during the time that we came. We passed by it during our drive down and figured we should give it a try. The next exit to the deli was quite a distance away, about 7miles just to exit and another 7 miles after the U-Turn just to get to the Deli. The place was simple, with few tables and chairs. This deli could easily fit a little more than a dozen people. I ordered the chicken vermicelli. It was delicious. And the lady that served our food was very hospitable. Her name is ChinChin. She payed special attention to us and made sure our meal and our stay was pleasant. Although this little deli is away from the city, I would definitely stop by again if we ever come back to the area.

Phở Deli’s chicken phở hits the spot when you’re hankering for a big bowl of soup on a cold or rainy day. My husband and I especially love coming here because Money, the owner, is very friendly.

While the inside and outside of this place really could use some help the food is spot on if you’re looking for tasty, fresh, quick, healthy food. Love it!

First time visit on a Saturday night about 6:00, no other customers were in the restaurant. Very disappointing food; I ordered summer rolls and a klnd of binh mi sandwich. The summer rools were full of noodles and a couple of small rubbery shrimp, no veggies. The Binh mi «style» sanwich was on a wheat sub roll with chicken and some wilted head lettuce. I will not be back…

How can you go wrong when the person serving you is happy and delightful all the while explaining they have very little left after their third round of tables. We ate what they had, vermicelli with chicken, and will most defiantly be back to try all the menu items

This family run Vietnamese food restaurant is firing on all cylinders(service, food and price). The meals are tasty and light. A refreshing change from the other restaurants in the Fair Oak’s/I-10 area. I am heading back every chance I get. Wished they were open later.

The phở was okay, I’ve had better. The service though was spectacular! I want to come back just because of how passionate the owner is about her family’s restaurant! This is a business that deserves to succeed. I will give it a second chance and order something other than Phở next time.

This restaurant is a small, family run restaurant and is not fancy at all, but the Vietnamese food is fantastic! We were looking for something light and different than the usual burgers and fried food available in the area, and didn’t want to spend too much. Then we saw Phở Deli and new we had found it. We had the Phở Meatball soup and grilled pork sandwich. The bread is baked fresh daily and is delicious. The sandwich had fresh onions, cilantro, carrots and cucumber. The Phở was delicious. We’ve been to Vietnam, and this is authentic. The prices were very affordable, $ 4-$ 9 We will definitely be back.
