Pizza Hut

We ordered a hand tossed pizza it was not what we got and it was not good I would not recommend this Pizza Hut. It looked and tasted like a frozen pizza out of the grocery store.

This PH is the worst. Evertime they seem behind. Whether we place the order online or come in. It’s a half hour late! Today I placed an order online at 4:17 to be ready by 5. My husband gets there and they aren’t ready. Not until 5:17 do we know, they had to make the stuffed crust all over again. Why didn’t they say anything? My husband could have picked something else up around the corner instead of waiting 20 minutes! Then no discount or free anything to offer? For a convenient restaurant, this place isn’t worth it. Never again.

2.5 hour delivery time. Stone cold pizza. Manager says it «isn’t my fault» that he only has one driver on a weekend night. Never again. And no offer of rebate, coupon, or free pizza, after I already paid online. I should have just refused the delivery.

SO bad. We’ve given PH three tries in the past 12 months because the kids want to order it for sleepovers… we’ve tried ordering both online and calling in for carry-​out. Disorganized, dirty, staff is overwhelmed, erratic, rude, unprofessional, and untrained. Just like the previous visits, I walked in to an almost empty restuarant to pick up my order (the website said it would be ready for pickup in 13 minutes) and alas, there were already 2 other disgruntled customers who had been kept waiting long after their designated pickup time and a few booths of annoyed dine-​in customers waiting on food or checks. There were two young employees (high-​school aged boys) there tonight who clearly cared about the missing items from my order (an entire large pizza!) and the extra 30 minute wait the incorrect order required, but the rest of the staff, ordering process & restaurant could use a do-​over.

Can’t even call and get prices on large pizza’s UNLESS you specify fine in or carry out — and when asked the price difference all you get is attitude

Continued… I now see Vicky telling yet another customer in line they are looking for their pizzas. I contemplate the situation. I tell Sandy I would like a refund and don’t want the order. I want out of this mess. Oh boy. This was not something she was expecting or prepared for. Blank stare. Silence.
Awkward. I ask again. She slowly walks to the register like it might explode, still looking for the national guard over her shoulder. She pokes, grunts, brows furrowed, and disappears to the back with no explanation. We sit back down.
Poor Dennis is still running back and forth to the back, slamming the wormhole oven devices, pulling tickets out, putting them back. Wash, rinse, repeat.
Vicky storms out of the back with Sandy in tow and yells «who is calling the police?» And looks at me. I look around at the 15 would be patrons (I almost wanted to stick around after I’m done to see the fate of these poor souls). I tell her «what did you say? What are you talking about? I just asked for a refund on our order». This pleased Vicky as its one less order to make/​find and goes to the register with Sandy. She proceeds to belittle Sandy in front of everyone by saying «this is just not that hard, see, this is all you have to do. This man is being patient, no reason to get upset». Stuff like that. Vicky punches the computer with frustration and is dripping with the most insincere sounding comments to me regarding our patience. Wow. We get our refunds processed and leave. Out the door my bother warns another would be patron about the situation and they tell us «great, sounds like last time we were here».
We go to dominos to satisfy our need for pizza and all is well.
I will mention here my last visit where it ordered two medium pizzas any toppings for $ 6.98 each. I was charged $ 8.98 for one and the employee can’t grasp the math of the situation and yet defends the pice. I just pay and leave.
Long winded but there is all is. Bizarre. Pizza Hut is dead to me.

Very slow. Waited 20 mins past pick up time. Made a complaint but manager never called back.

Very disappointed today. Had an hour for lunch… waited over 40 minutes… when I went up and asked, lady in kitchen wanted to blame our waiter! Really, he showed her that he ran ticket like he was supposed to but manager/​kitchen lady didn’t make the pizza.
So when I said we can’t wait any longer, she/​manager said I’m putting it in the oven now…
Well, not sure what her time clock is like, but on mine, we couldn’t wait for her to prep and cook a pizza! Anyways, just had to mention the lack of compassion on a manager to a customer and also one who wanted to try and blame the waiter for her own mistake.
So, Pizza Hut Boerne…#fail

Delivery at this location is a joke. On two different occasions we have waited well over an hour for our delivery. This time they ruined a birthday party. Don’t even think about calling to find out what is going on. You get sent to a call center and they are «very sorry» but they can’t really help you. Won’t call Pizza Hut again.

TERRIBLE. Waited almost an hour for pizza along with about 20 other people. Meanwhile at least 20 pizzas went out the door for delivery. They kept telling us that our pizzas were coming and just kept leaving us waiting.

Fast and simple. Our order was correct and arrived 20 minutes ahead of the estimated time. We always go with Pizza Hut because we want stuffed crust. Pizza is good and service was fast. They always have good specials that makes feeding a family of 6 affordable.

Very bad service. First of all I had to wait for 45 minutes for a carry out phone order. After that, the pizza was raw. I would never go there.

I recently saw a very good special that Pizza Hut was running, medium pan pizza, bread sticks and cinnamon sticks for $ 10. I placed an order for delivery and it arrived very quickly. The bread sticks and marinara dipping sauce were good. The cinnamon sticks and icing were okay. Both types of sticks are only good while hot and fresh, reheating them isn’t an option. The pizza wasn’t very good at all. They were generous with the toppings. There was way too much pizza sauce and it was bland. The crust was horrible, it’s consistency was that of a stale breakfast biscuits, very dry and crumbly. I reheated a piece the next day and the crust was inedible. This is the first time that I have had Pizza Hut in at least 15 years, so I’m not sure if they use the crust on all of their pizzas now or just the pan pizza. Hopefully it is only used in their pan pizza, but I don’t plan on finding out. I won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut anytime in the near future, unless they bring back The Edge pizza, now that was a great pizza!

After a long day sightseeing in Texas Hill Country we were all in the mood for something casual and relaxing while not too much food or too much money. Pizza Hut was close to where we were staying and fit the bill perfectly.
Our food was typical Pizza Hut and was just fine, but what we really enjoyed about our visit here was the young woman who waited on us. She was sweet with a great sense of humor and she kept our soft drink glasses filled wearing a perpetual smile.
