Only store of this type nearby. Have come here on several occasions because I live here, but after today will not return. I found one item I needed after a lot of looking, could not find the other. Three pharmacists completely ignored me. So I looked for a register open. Very few were on a busy December Saturday and those that were had very long lines. So I bought nothing. This isn’t the first time I’ve been annoyed with this store, but it will be the last.

Vision center gal was friendly and knowledgeable. The rest of store is middle of the road. Not many registers open. Limited choices. I do like it because it’s not as crowded as other Wal-Mart’s, which is why I gave it three stars.

Needed to restock on some items for the motorhome. So off to Walmart we go. This seems to be a fairly new one. A supercenter so had everything we were looking for. My husband only eats sprouted wheat bread, which we have found in a few Walmarts around the country. Yeah, this one had some, it was their last loaf. Produce section was fresh and well stocked. Clerk was very nice. Unfortunately though she wasn’t paying attention and put our container of orange juice on top of our bananas. We decided to not take them as they were obviously bruised up. She was very apologetic and said go ahead and go back and get some new ones, I will wait. We opted not to do that as we were on a time frame.

3 strikes, I’m outta there! The restrooms are filthy, the store overall is not kept up to standards for a grocery store. The general atmosphere is depressing and affects customers attitudes as well. People argue in lines(I’ve witnessed this on numerous occasions) and leave unwanted items all around the revolving belt. I suggest a complete overhaul in management, employees, & standards.

Only reason they have one star is because you have to leave one in order to review. This Walmart is obviously the purgatory for Walmart employees. Where corporate sends them before getting rid of them for good? My husband and I asked a lady in the baby department hate we could find bassinet sheets to which she pointed to a wall and said«over there on that wall… somewhere!» True story! Cashiers have the eye roll look when you stand in their line. Horrible, horrible, horrible service even for Walmart!

Brought an Ever Start 24f battery during spring break 2014. Date on battery was stamped 2⁄14. On 8⁄2714 the battery went bad and I was stranded on the highway. I had my car towed into a dealer who informed me that my battery had a dead cell. I told him that it couldn’t because I just bought the battery. Nevertheless, I had the battery replaced so I could get my car running again and asked for the dead battery in return. When I took the battery to walmart(same location I purchased it from) they tested it and verified that a cell was dead. They offered to provide me a replacement battery but I didn’t need a replacement, I needed a refund. They indicated they would not do that. I was told by the mechanic manager that I didn’t give them a chance to replace the battery. They escalated to a store manager, Manager Stephanie showed up and made it right again. Thank you!

The staff in this store play dodgeball with customers. I went to pickup an item I ordered online and it should’ve taken no more than 5 – 10 minutes to do this; It took between 30 – 45. The gentleman behind the register took forever to pre-order an Xbox One that it turned out couldn’t be pre-ordered and all the while employee after employee walked by and not a single one asked if myself or the lady behind me needed help. With customer service like this, it’s no wonder Amazon is slaughtering the competition.

I ordered Christmas cards online and have been waiting for them to arrive since December 14th. It is now December 20th. The staff at the photo center, while friendly is not helpful. They don’t know how to do their job effectively delegate or get answers. Instead of finding out when my cards would be delivered they gave me the 1800 number to call myself. The same person is not there everyday, so each day I am having to explain that my cards have not been delivered. The final result. My cards were lost. This they tell me five days before Christmas. Way to go Walmart! Me thinks not
