All New York Car Service

I will definitely never book a car through this service again! They were 30 minutes late to picking us up in the city because ‘the secretary must have put the wrong time in at night’… they had nothing to say expect for ‘sorry he’s on his way’. this was a Saturday pick-​up for a group of 6 trying to make a wedding ceremony in Long Island. so needless to say, we didn’t make the church ceremony! Not that they cared. when I called the following Monday to ask about the lateness and a credit for the ride –because we gave the the driver the Credit card amount in cash instead of the cash amount in cash (a savings of $ 39)…the driver said we only gave him the cash amount– a BLATANT lie! PLUS — the driver said we were ‘belligerent and rude’ on the car ride home. which again was a BLATANT lie since we all played the game ‘heads up’ on our phones for about 20 minutes before we all fell asleep for the rest of the ride. This company does NOT care about their customers whatsoever and I will never use them again and will tell anyone and everyone never to use them again either! Do not book with this company, they might be slightly cheaper than others, but you certainly won’t get what you even paid for!

Do NOT call this place! Unprofessional, rude, they NEVER answer the phone. when and IF they do — you cannot understand the guy who answers whatosoever. There are more reputable car services out there. if i could give it zero stars, I would have. this place is awful.
