Hansen Home Design

I hired Hansen Homes to shingle my house and install several new windows. The project was postponed several times. The crew arrived to start the project and there was rarely anyone to communicate with. The owner show up periodically. The foreman spoke some English but was not friendly and could not address concerns. After they torn down the existing shingles, they left and did not return for three days. The work took twice the time promised. The workers were unfriendly, rude and careless. They ruined several bushes without acknowledgment, stomped on outside air conditioning units (which broke and needed to be repaired), broke a basement window and an outside lighting fixture (they tried to tape it together). They blew fuses causing my sub pump to overflow. The end result was good but I would not recommend this company unless you want a headache.
