Reasonably satisfactory chimney service a year ago, followed by relentless telemarketer style phone solicitations has prompted me to ‘award’ Island Chimneys one star.
When I finally was able to speak to office «staff» and complained about the barrage of phone calls at all hours of the day and night I was disconnected. Naively not believing the disconnect was deliberate, I called back. This time the woman who answered made a «comment» and hung up! Customer service? Ha!
I will be emailing and texting all of my contacts to avoid this company. You should too!

If I could give this place zero Stars I would. Marc Jagerman the owner is a lying, scheming, and low life snake oil salesman. He doesn’t pay his contractors, leaves jobs unfinished, and blames his service providers, I highly recommend DO NOT USE THESE GUYS or provide them services if you are a contractor.
