Dishonest but reliable.
I took my truck in to get a thermostat replaced. The guy behind the counter insisted that it was a 1.25 hour labor fee according to their «flat rate manual». I know that it doesn’t take an hour and a half to change a thermostat on my truck, I’ve done it myself. I asked to see his manual for myself, he looked flustered. Turns out, both of the manuals they use say it is a 1.1 hour job. This is a difference of $ 20 worth of labor. The real messed up thing is, he was not willing to honor the 1.1 according to his flat rate manual. I consider that robbery.
The plus side is, I’ve showed up with my truck with no appointment twice and they have been able to help me out immediately.
This place is reliable but you are sure to get ripped off. It’s not the worst I’ve seen though.
