I have been a homeowner of a property managed by this HOA. After two months, I have to generously give two stars but may consider a 0 star later if at all possible(too bad Unilocal does not allow it). Let us review the issues. To first oder, you may try to call and would be provide with answers and the people seem nice on the phone. But the follow-ups have been terrible so far. In a few inquiries, I experienced the following — 30% of the information I was provided was inaccurate. Ex: I was told I can do direct deposit payment one day … then another that this is not a supported method of payment. — I am already missing one monthly payment bill reminder(I may need more time to get a statistics) — I tried to communicate via Email and was not provided with a single courtesy answer(over 5 Emails now). How hard can it be to answer an Email really? I receive 100ds a day myself and can manage. Honestly, I was accustom to better services before and did not realize how spoiled I was(all Email answered within a day maximum, most of the time a person sent in-situ to check the problem with a day of an answer) and the difference is striking and stunning. If you are planning to become a homeowner of a property managed by this company, I would put serious thoughts and considerations.
