Revolution Athletics is not for the faint of heart. Your mind, body and game will be pushed to the limit and you will leave a better athlete for it.
The trainers know their stuff. They work with you in groups or one on one– making you do exercises/​training that improves your skill set and performance.
They focus on agility, strength and conditioning and make sure youve got the fundamentals down the RIGHT way… (footwork, form, technique, etc…) to make sure you maximize your body’s ability and talents — and aren’t setting yourself up for injury down the line.
Tons of guys and girls (from high school up thru to professional athletes) are always in here going hard. Never knew the human body was capable of some of the things I’ve now seen here.
Everyone is mad cool and work their asses off. Wish I would’ve had something like this back in highschool… Lucky kids.
