Bill and his colleague Moved my grandmother’s piano, a beloved family heirloom from 1930’s. (very very dear to my heart) from Manhasset to their storage in Bohemia long island… and will be doing a mini overhaul/​cleaning/​facelift on it. then they will be moving it to my new apt in Queens. Bill is so knowledgeable… does not try to upsell you… appears very very honest. They were EARLY, which was great for me… so unbelievably easy to communicate with. I’m actually not worried! I researched 5 other companies that were double the price. This guy is fast, fair, doesn’t waste time chit chatting and has a clear love for the instrument. I implicitly trust him with this antique. was totally honest and said, it sounds great, needs a few tweaks with the hammers, needs a cleaning, polishing and don’t worry bout the other stuff until I have money to spend on a major stripping/refurbishing…which, he said, is not necessary. You gotta love that. I love honest people.
