First and last time going here. Makenzy was my cashier and she asked me if I had a bi-Lo card, which I replied no. She rang up my items and told me my total. I had to ask for a card after I said no and she made it seem like an inconvenience to walk a few steps to get a card from customer service. Between her and Hannah, I wasn’t impressed at all. I will stay shopping at Ingles.

The deli is never stocked and the prepared food available always looks days old. Bilo has good chicken tenders but this location seems to only have three tenders available at a time and always of questionable freshness.
