Palmetto Twist

I have been a Palmetto Twist customer since the store was located in a small shop up the road from it’s current location. I have always been pleased with the work, the turn-​around time on orders, and the merchandise in the store. Recently, I went to Palmetto Twist to get several items personalized for an upcoming vacation and wedding. Everything turned out great except for an issue with a shirt for my husband. When I saw the issue with the shirt, my stomach sank a bit because I feared there would be an issue getting the problem resolved given the business is a specialty/​personalization service. However, I am very pleased with how the issue was handled by the store. Meagan quickly assured me the issue would be resolved and Caroline worked diligently to ensure things were handled. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the store’s work product, but more so how overly satisfied I am with the customer service. Those girls deserve a raise!
