ABC Laundry

ABC has affordable $ 0.75 cold washes and is clean and comfortable. Two vending machines offer laundering supplies– detergents, bleach, fabric softener, etc.– and snacks /​coffee.
Owner /​operator Bonnie is friendly, conscientious, and responsive. Five star customer service. I once forgot a load and called a week later to learn that the load i forgot had been dried and bagged, complete with date. I was able to pick it up that day.
Lots of natural light from a wall of south facing windows and plants make it a pleasant place to do laundry.
On occasion, vending machines malfunction. When this happens, Bonnie is quick to remedy the issue, delivering the product to the customer or refunding the money spent.

ABC Laundry is the best in town. The new owners take pride in making sure people are satisfied. There’s a variety of machines to choose from, and they’re always well maintained. I can enjoy a great Wi-​Fi connection while watching a ball game on the 50″ flat screen, options some other places don’t have. My clothes always come out real clean at an affordable price. The facility is clean, and they’re always making improvements. I’d highly recommend ABC Laundry to folks in the area.

The staff is always super nice and they make having to do laundry less awful (cause who wants to do laundry, am I right?). They really care about their customers. :) Definitely recommend them.

This is the only place I’ll do my laundry. They have cold only machines at only $ .75, that saves a few bucks every trip, and any problem was taken immediately with someone on site. Don’t be fooled by some cartoon characters with 75% of the machines out of order. You want a nice clean place to do your laundry? ABC laundry in Boise is the best place in town.

Terrible. Machines are old and small, prices are outrageous and 5 machines ate my quarters in one washing session. Like doing laundry in laundromat needs to be made any more unenjoyable…

Clean, well-​lit, and all machines in good working order. I normally don’t like to use laundromats, but this one was friendly and comfortable.

I read the previous reviews and have come to the conclusion that the business has changed owners…
My daughter and I stopped in today to inquire about a large washer that could hand 25 yards of fabric… we met Ty, a very friendly young man who asked how he could help and after much discussion, we decided to just let them deal with it. He even showed us how he could press it all for us, and at an amazing price… I believe it was also his Mother, who was very helpful and so friendly.
The nicest part was when he found out how far we lived from the cleaners, he arranged to meet us near our home after he got off work, since he lived in our area. He finished the entire job within hours, and got it to us later that evening. Amazing!
I would give them TEN Stars if I could.
You just do not find people that go the extra mile for pleasing the customer. I will send all my business to them, and will highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

I had a really terrible experience here at one point, but since then have been contacted by ABC Laundry. They have new management here that seem very courteous. I would recommend checking it out!
