Ada Vision Center

I had my first exam with Dr. Noble last week and overall it was a good experience. I had a really rough time getting an appointment scheduled due to issues with their online appointment request system but after several failed attempts, the staff recognized the issue and Dr. Noble even emailed me personally to apologize. He ended up agreeing to see me on a day that he typically doesn’t see patients just to make it right. That went a long way in my book to show that they do care about their patients. The office is very nice, a modern and clean facility with lots of light and activity. Brad, the optician performing my pretesting, was very friendly and quick with the testing also. The exam was thorough and went very well and I was happy with the service. I will be returning to Dr. Noble for future exams.

This was my first visit to Ada Vision Center and was the first optometrist appointment for my teenage son and daughter. The staff spoke directly to the kids to insure they understood and could ask questions. Very thorough. Dr. Huber was very knowledgable. She answered questions. We were never waiting more than a few minutes and Dr. Huber never made us feel that she was in a hurry to get to the next patient.

I always have the best experience at Ada Vision Center. This exam I had to see a different doctor as mine is on leave and I found her to be just as pleasant and knowledgeable as my regular doctor. I find the staff friendly and accomodating. At this visit, I actually arrived about 30 minutes early because I had the appointment time wrong. I was told that it would be awhile as I was early, but surprisingly I was seen within 15 minutes. When I have to choose my glasses, as I did at this time, the staff is fun and friendly and makes the experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend Ada Vision Center for optometry needs!

This was my first time visiting Ada Vision Center and I was very pleased with my experience. Amber Simonson was my optometrist and she was very nice and thorough. I felt she demonstrated excellent communication skills and took plenty of time to explain the tests and answer any questions I had. The optician did a great job also and was very friendly. They had a great selection of both glasses and sun glasses. I felt a little overwhelmed with all the choices, but they quickly pointed out several frame selections that complimented my face shape and size.
I was also surprised to learn that the optometrists are available ²⁴⁄₇ for eye trauma and emergencies… this is great to know and an excellent service to offer. Hope I never need it but comforting to know its there!

Went for my annual eye exam. Same old routine as any other optometrist. Waited for over 20 mins in the exam room waiting on the doctor which was annoying but other than that no complaints. Customer service was friendly. My insurance covered the exam. I did not buy new glasses there because the prices were quite high. Overall if you need an eye exam this place is fine.

I actually don’t have much to say other than I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. I emailed them to see if my insurance was accepted directly from their website and never received a reply. A few days later, I called the office directly. Even though it was during business hours, I got an answering machine. I told them I had sent an email, what I was requesting (insurance info and an appointment) and gave them the option of emailing or calling me. Again, no response at all and that was 2 weeks ago.

I had a great visit with Dr. Amber Simonson. She is warm & friendly, made me feel at ease & like she was looking out for my best interests. The whole staff was friendly & helpful, and their selection of frames great!

Convenient downtown location, with off street free parking. Warm, friendly staff and docs. They appear to have all the latest technology, which I appreciate. They can do the retinal exam without using dilation. Comfortable office environment. I like the email and online scheduling and reminders. I’ve gone there several years and intend to continue.

Our entire family has been seeing Dr. Todd Noble & his staff for at least 3 years & have had consistently great service & attention. On the rare occasion they have had us wait, they kept us informed (& were very apologetic), but we rarely have had much of a wait time with appointments. They also have been very helpful & friendly when we’ve needed occasional eyeglass adjustments as a «walk-​in.»
When my daughter got her first pair of contacts earlier this year, they were EXTREMELY patient with her during her training & even after being there *two hours,* they were very supportive in giving her the help & encouragement she needed to «get it.»
Really appreciate the email (or text upon request) reminders & always-​courteous staff. They also don’t try to push their glass frames in their own office if we didn’t find a frame to purchase onsite. Dr. Noble is also great with kids (& adults), very personable.
Location is great for those in the downtown/​N. End area, although more parking would be nice.
