Came here yesterday, missing an ingredient to cook my dinner tonight so I guess here I am! Love their meat department! They are so helpful!!!

Walked all the way over here from Chinden to cash my check. Just to find out they have a limit of only $ 700. That is ridiculous! Im pretty sure that people here in Boise get payed way more than that. Im seriously disappointed!!! They should really change the policy on that! Thats completely upsurd and a total waste of my time!!!

I am more the CoOp and Whole Foods shopping demographic for the Boise area. Not so much an Albertsons fan based on prior experience in other states. Yet there are things here that work for me. There are also things that keep me from being more than an occasional shopper. Still, it is the best for me of all the Albertsons in the area. That Albertsons is itself an Idaho headquartered business makes me feel as if shopping at Albertsons is a local choice. THEPLUSES: * Some brand names sold here are ones I buy like Rao’s Pasta Sauces, Beecher’s Cheese, Boar’s Head Pancetta(in a pinch), Grace Baking Company Bread, La Brea Baking Company Baguettes and Alessi Kosher Sea Salt. * Convenient location, right across the parking lot from a Starbuck’s and Wells Fargo Bank. * Ample parking in a well laid out and maintained lot; all seem rare in the area. * New York Times available for sale daily — for this they get the 4th star :-) * Friendly staff and efficient check out * Sparking clean, ample aisles and well stocked shelves * Seems less huge — cavernous — than some other Albertson’s markets * Full service florist * Not that I’d use either, but there is also a full bakery and in store deli THEMINUSES: * Produce is mostly conventional and not that it is any worse than any other chain conventional grocer in the area, it is also not as good as some * Organic processed foods and specialty brands of all kinds are at a minimum for options * Locally sourced options are slim THIS N THAT: 1) ACCESSIBILITY: Several spots of accessible parking right where they should be adjacent to front of building. Level in and throughout with ample aisle space. 2) HOURS: 6:00 a.m. to Midnight.
