I have been going here shortly after they originally opened… when the owner and her brother ran the place. I absolutely adore Laura, she’s efficient and a perfectionist and I always walk out happy with her work. I’ve only been here for nail services, but everything they do offer is posted, and if I had questions, I could always ask. It’s nice they take walk ins as well as I don’t always know when I’m going to be able to go in for an appointment. At times they can be busy because they’re not turning down walk ins, etc. But… They’re always lovely people, and manage to multi task in ways that amaze me. This is definitely my favourite place for nails, and I’m happy to keep coming back.

I hate to write bad reviews but the experience I had today was so horrific, honestly as we went through it all you could do was laugh it was so dumb founding. My friend and I stopped in for a mani/pedi and since this place was open we thought we would give it a shot. When we walked in the price tag was between 10 and 15 bucks more than I’m used to paying so. we tried to just graciously leave. The owner offered to match our normal price point. And I must stress we never asked for a discount! It was offered. We spend what should have been a relaxing hour to hour and a half being shuffled around, reminded that you only get what you pay for, sped through and cautioned that she would not guarantee work that was done at a discount. Needless to say there was no tipping today and the chance that she had to earn our business and prove that she is worth the extra money is long gone.

I have been going there all the time but the lady named Laura is racist, every time she would increase her prices on me even though the board on the wall said something different. One time i went to fix a broken nail and on the board it said nail fix $ 3. When the girl was checking me out Laura yelled from the back to charge me $ 5 instead of $ 3 when i asked why she said $ 3 is only if your nail is cracked, i said okay and left. Next time i got a full set from them and on their price board it says $ 25 for full set, she again told the girl to charge me $ 30 because my nails are long. The stupid reasons didn’t make any sense to me. I dont care about few more dollars but if you are going to treat me like this then I am done doing business with you! I was a regular customer but because of Laura, i will never go there again! In order to run your business you have to treat your customers with respect. There are plenty other places who will love to have me as a customer.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First of all I asked for a manicure and the lady said«give me one minute» I sat in the waiting area for at least 15 minutes. I would have left, however I was waiting for my husband to get a haircut next door, so I just sat and read magazines. When she finally said she was ready for me, I was hesitant, I should have gone with my gut instinct. She«filed» my nails, which could have done a better job, and then cleaned my cuticles(also a terrible job) and dumped the dead cuticle skin in the same bowl I was using as a soaking bowl. GROSS. She then got up and went to another client to finish up her manicure while I picked out my polish, super weird she didn’t ask first what color I wanted. Then I sat, for another 10 minutes while 2 of the ladies played musical chairs between 4 different clients. A simple manicure took almost 30 minutes, for which my polish was all over my cuticles and they didn’t clean it up, and my hands were so dry after I had to use some heavy cream to make them feel normal again. My polish smudged and she didn’t fix it, and it chipped the next day. This place is the most disgraceful«salon» I have ever been to. I was pissed to pay 15 bucks for a manicure that could have been done by a kindergartner for free. I can’t believe they offer hair cuts, facials and waxing, I would never go here for any of those services. Terrible terrible terrible.

Never entrust anyone in a strip mall to give you a brazillian waxing. This would probably be common knowledge to most people. I just moved back to Boise though and didn’t want to ask the whole world where to get this done at, as it’s an embarassing procedure I’ve never gotten done before because of A. the pain B. why go through the pain if there are other methods. However, my inability to reach my nether regions due to being due in 3 weeks forced me to go in. There really WAS no other way, but than to do this. I would not recommend getting this done unless you are higher than a kite on pain meds or just came from the hospital from getting an epidural. This had to be one of the most painful awful experiences I’ve ever had. My clue should have been the people they had working there, and the people hanging out(Boise’s wanna be gangstas). Jesus.Fucking.Christ. Homegirl left me bleeding and kept pulling wax off the same place about 5 times. Finally I had to throw the towel in, but when I did, she said that half of me was finished. Great. At least I didn’t PAY for this, and she was kind. After she«cleaned me up», I was still sticky with wax all over, including on my THIGHS. MYTHIGHS/WTF!!! She then told me to go scrub off with a loofah. SCRUBOFF?! AREYOUFUCKINGKIDDINGME?! I DON’T HAVEANYSKINLEFT!!! I’ve JUSTBEENSCALPED! With the insane amount of pain that happened there, I felt like she MUST have done an amazing job at nothing being there, but when I got home and angled my mirror properly, I saw that hardly anything had been done but severe irritation of my skin and puffiness. I ended up having to do it myself as best I could anyway. And the numbing cream did NOT work, and should have been done in a room with a window, as I’m PREGNANT and was inHALING the fucking CHEMICALS. NOT. APPRECIATED. This place is great for barbaric torture. Another reason why not to trust someone who went to Razzle Dazzle beauty college in Nampa, Idaho,.
