Anytime Lock & Key

The service tech came to my car in a timely manner and began work immediately. He had all the tools needed for the job and was very friendly. The bill was also less than I was anticipating. Anytime Lock and Key; you made my day. Thank You.

Needed 2 locks fixed on office file cabinets-​the service tech fixed one lock, left to see if he had a replacement for the other. After he left, I reloaded the drawer with the files and the lock did not work. I called and told him to forget fixing or replacing the other lock, had him come back and paid him. If his attitude hadn’t been so lousy I may have had him try again… he wasn’t the least bit friendly, but plenty condescending. He did only charge us $ 45 for the visit. Could go on and on with more detail, but really… just won’t call them again (p.s. they were highly recommended by the place we purchased the used office furniture from and frankly, the guy who initially answered the phone in their shop wasn’t the least bit friendly either. They must not need business to be acting this way… plenty of other lock companies in town fortunately!!).

These guys are fantastic. However they are closed weekends. They will pick and make keys mobile anytime, but bankers hours on the store.
But friendly, knowledgeable, and timely!
