We bought our granite from Francini’s through Stephan. At first he was great. He always phoned and showed up when he said he would.
Installation was great, flawless, looks amazing. My issue is what happens after install is over. We had some issues with our granite. It wasn’t from installation so it wasn’t their fault. We keep getting scratches in our granite. It’s Black Galaxy so it shows. I called Stephan and he came out and looked at it. He did not know why it was scratching, he did not know what to do about the scratches. He said he would look into it and that was the last I ever heard from him.
BTW: NEVER get Black Galaxy granite. It shows every little scratch, Chip, knick. I even use soft cutting boards to work on so I don’t damage my granite. Get a granite that has a pattern so it will hide the flaws. Just my 2 cents.
