I’m sorry but I think the sour review is way off. Everyone at Bliss went out of their way to ensure that my wedding day was perfect. I’m not from Boise and was referred to Bliss by one of my vendors. From beginning to end everything was handled professionally. Kristin was my day of coordinator and her attention to detail, calm demeanor and incredible organizational skills ensured I did not stress out for a single moment on my special day. I am extremely grateful to Teresa and Kristin for caring so much about all of the little details. My wedding was beautiful and it was the happiest day of my life in no small part because of everything that Bliss took care of.

It has been nearly four months since our big day, and this review is long over-due! We were so very pleased with the quality, and professionalism of Teresa and Bliss Events! Teresa went above and beyond anything we expected. She listened to us, took our ideas and ran with them! The process from start to finish was painless, easy and fun. I’m a woman and sometimes that means I like to change my mind. They put up with all my changes and requests still managing to make me feel normal! The decorations were breathtaking! And the ceiling treatment for the C.W. Moore?! Absolutely amazing! You took my one concern and turned it into one of my favorite parts of the location. The Bliss team offered innovative ideas that truly set our wedding apart. The flower arrangements, bouquets and centerpieces were perfect in every way. They were able to take my basic suggestions and transform them into something truly fabulous. Probably the best part is that we didn’t lift a finger! My family was able to go home at the end of the night without cleaning! Having a coordinator there the day of was money well spent. Jenee was amazing making sure the day went smoothly; we truly felt cared for and special. I didn’t have to worry about a thing on the day of. I wasn’t worried if the caterer was on time, or if the cake was in the right spot, if my grandma knew where to sit. She took care of every detail so that we could enjoy the day and maybe just as important, that my mom could enjoy the day. Our guests are still talking about how perfect every single detail was! Simply put, they are amazing. My wedding was pure perfection. We are so glad we chose Bliss for our wedding!

Bliss is 0 – 2 in my books. I had written the first review for Bliss on Unilocal,and had started with 4 stars then dropped it to 2 because I was so disappointed in the turn out. When you first go to Bliss you feel welcomed and they seem to know what they are doing. But they had some major errors in my wedding and I can’t look past them. — I had paid X amount of dollars for petals in the aisle. ALL of our paperwork said silk petals, so when you think of the amount of silk petals you can get for X amount of dollars, I was expecting truckloads. Turns out they brought real. and the were beige/off white and they died almost instantly. I was so disappointed. We did not send in our final payment, due to this and other things. This is what my first review talked about and more errors from Bliss, but the OWNER of Bliss, Teresa called me and wanted to pay me off to erase my review off Unilocal.She sent me 75 $ of gift cards and called and called and called and called until I deleted it. Here are some quotes from her childish emails to me: «Your post has been listed for all the world to see for 6 months. Don’t you think we have suffered enough?» «But I am tired of letting this eat at me every day. I am tired of thinking of this while I am with my family. I am tired of being scared of each and every bride that they might post something. If I could go back and change your flowers I would. If I could go back and taken your wedding myself so there was no chance of Jen having to go through this, I would. If I could go back and give you all your money back to not have to think about this for the last 6 months, I would. I would do anything to make this whole situation go away.» I cannot handle the immaturity of the owner, sending me these emails. So I finally deleted my review. Until my best friend just got married last weekend and went through Bliss, only because I had promised her it would be amazing. She booked before my actually wedding and ergo couldn’t back out once she saw how unhappy I was. Everything went wrong. The bride’s mother and I were out doing Bliss’s work so late that the wedding time had to get pushed back. Here are just a few details that occurred, I’m leaving out some of the more minor details: –The special furniture pieces were ALL put in the wrong spots, so we were moving big floor to ceiling mirrors, couches, tables, etc from the ceremony cite up to the reception area.(me, the bride’s mom, & her aunt) –I was putting the cushions on the chairs until about 15 minutes before it started. WHY wasn’t Bliss putting on the cushions? I’m not sure. –The guestbook was not set out. –The bubbles for the end of the ceremony were no where to be found, until I found them up at the winery in a box. Why were they not down with the reception things? –The boutonnieres and flowers were not in the bridal suite so I had to go find them & put the boutonnieres on. –The couple did a wine box ceremony, and I SAW the mother hand the day of coordinator all the things for the wine box. Their letters, seals & etc but when ceremony time came there were NOSEALS. Brittney was so embarrassed, they had to fake sealing their box. –The part that just killed me and Brittney off was when the«day of coordinator» asked me, during the reception, to go find Brittney’s overnight bag and her dress bag, to put in their getaway car. SHEASKEDMERIGHTINFRONTOFBRITTNEY, and brittney was like…“Isn’t that your job?” Obviously, why would I want to leave my friend’s wedding to do your job!!! PLUS Bliss knew that I was«THE LeeAnn» that had ruined their reputation online, and yet she STILL was asking me to do their work. They were supposed to arrive at 9:30AM to get everything ready. When we arrived at 3:30 nothing was done. What had these girls been doing for 6 hours?! I have no idea. Plus what was Kristen, the day of coordinator so busy doing during the reception that she was asking me to do her work? I have no idea. But I will tell you one thing. Regardless of who contacts me and what threats they email and call me with, I will not be deleting this review. Brides need to know that while Bliss may look like they have it all together, they do not. Just like we refused, Brittney’s family is also not going to be sending in their final check
