Boise At Its Best

I am a regular customer, and for good reason! Boise At Its Best is amazing, I’ve never had a bad experience. They are professional, they are honest, and they have the freshest most beautiful flowers, the arrangements always look and last far beyond expectations. I always used to order off the website menu of arrangements, and they are fantastic. But my last couple of orders, I’ve given them my budget amount, and let the designers work their magic to make something unique and personal, and believe me, they are amazing! Thank you Boise At Its Best, you truly are the best!

I can’t say enough good things about Boise At Its Best! I do not live in Boise, but the guy helping me over the phone went out of his way to track down a singing telegram! He was so nice and even went on the delivery to video it and send it to me! The people at Boise At Its Best are very helpful and super friendly! I would order from them again!

We have ordered all of our flowers from Boise At Its Best for many years. Our 10^th wedding anniversary was this week, and my husband had flowers delivered to me on Tuesday. The bouquet that I received is EASILY the most beautiful bouquet of flowers I have ever received. We are always happy with the flowers we get from Boise At Its Best, but this was simply incredible!

I have been to a few events where Boise at its Best has done the flowers (weddings, funerals and auctions) all have been so creative (cowboy boots as centerpieces with gorgeous flowers streaming from the top) and stunning. I have also received a few bouquets as thank you gifts and they are always unique… never look like something plain jane.

COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED! I ordered flowers early Wednesday morning. I selected this company because they guaranteed the flowers would be delivered to the hospital in Boise, ID the same day. They were not. I received a phone call late Wednesday afternoon stating they would not be delivered until Thursday. I explained that my sister would be released from the hospital by 10:00 am on Thursday and the flowers must be delivered before she checked out of the hospital. This did not happen either! My sister received a phone call on Thursday stating the flowers were not delivered but that they would deliver them to her home, however, when they were told she lives in Emmett, ID (30 miles away), they said they could not do this either and delivered the flowers to my house while I was in Emmett with my mother! This is completely unacceptable and by the time I can take the flowers to my sister in Emmett next Tuesday the flowers will probably be dead!

Seriously, closed on Sundays and laugh in my face about the floral order. Sorry you have such a bad attitude about providing customer service. Luckily we are able to have another business provide us with our floral order. May you be know as a the florists with the greatest stink.

I ordered two bouquets for my friend’s 40^th birthday party. When I came to pick them up, there was a mixup with the order & there was only one bouquet. The gal who was working immediately made up another bouquet to match the first one & didn’t charge me for it because of the communication. The flowers were beautiful & my friend was really happy with them.
It speaks to their level of service that when a mistake was made, they stepped up and made it right — and then didn’t even charge me for the second, which I thought was a gesture of going above & beyond. I’ll never get flowers anywhere else in Boise!

We used Boise at it’s best for our wedding flowers and they did an amazing job. At first I was a little nervous because they were so hands off. We had an in person meeting where I showed them pictures of what I wanted and then I didn’t hear much from them after that other than a call asking for a credit card number and a drop off time/​location. It’s just in my nature to micro manage everything and make sure everyone is doing what they are supposed to be doing but I had no reason to worry with these guys. They did a fantastic job. They were on time, professional, and gave me exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend them!

Ordered flowers for a friend’s funeral service. Website was super easy to use and the flowers were even better than pictured. Great service and lovely flowers. Couldn’t ask for more! Thank you!

I do not live in Boise, but twice in the last year I have sent flowers to friends living in Boise for their birthdays. In each case the flowers were fabulous. The arrangement was lovely and the flowers fresh so they lasted for a long, long while.
It is such a roll of the dice to order flowers and hope they are great, but these folks are doing a great job.

I ordered flowers from Boise at its Best when my husband’s sister unexpectedly had to have surgery. I live in Alaska so I was ordering the flowers long-​distance from their website. They did such a great job tracking her down, in spite of the fact that she hadn’t yet checked in to the hospital the first time they tried to deliver the flowers. Then on his second try, the delivery guy helped piece together why the hospital couldn’t find her in their list of patients — turns out she was checked in under her ‘real’ first name rather than the name she goes by. With the delivery driver’s help & several phone calls to me, she had her flowers. I really appreciated the extra effort & they never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. In the past I’ve ordered flowers for people long-​distance & I’m always a little leery of doing so because I have no idea whether the flowers were actually delivered or if they looked as good as the picture — and it seems a little insensitive to call up a person who’s grieving the loss of a loved one to try to confirm whether they received my flowers. But thankfully, Boise at its Best emailed me to confirm delivery. Highly recommended.
