I paid for service at the time of my visit. I was later billed $ 37.50 for admin fees. I called and could never get in touch with the owner. There was a misunderstanding in the billing somewhere and I was sent a bill of 77.50 that included $ 40.00 in late fees. More than I originally owed! At the time of this statement I was less than 60 days«late». I emailed her: «I am very sorry for the inconvenience. You are very hard to get a hold of. I thought that my account was paid in full. I have paid all of my bills with you except this one, not knowing that it was do. I have been trying to contact you with no success. I am asking that you please wave the extra fees. I am more than happy to pay original amount owed. Thank you for your time and consideration.» She denied my request. I paid the bill ONLY under threat of facing collection and having my credit ruined. I just think it is funny that someone who is in charge of helping people resolve problems could have such a lack of compasion and understanding. I only used this service because it was court recommended. I do not recommend it.
