I’ve used Cascade Cleaning three times now. EVERY time my carpet looks like I just bought it! (My carpet is 13 years old!) Their customer service is always the best — wear booties throughout the house, assist with moving furniture, check with me regarding any expenditures before they perform any services, and offer discounts I didn’t know were available! They are prompt to respond to my voicemails and they are always on time! I HIGHLY recommend Cascade Cleaning! If you have toddlers and dogs like I do, you will appreciate it!

I had Cascade Cleaning come out, clean a couple of rooms and do some coffee spot treatments… AMAZING! They came and did a great job! Their crew was very informative and had excellent customer service. Plus the my carpet looks like it was just installed, highly recommend!

We have used Cascade Cleaning on several occasions and have always been pleased. They are prompt, polite, priced fairly and do a great job. They have cleaned our carpet on a few occasions and cleaned and waxed our wood floor. There was a residue on the floor from an under carpet pad and they worked very hard to fix the problem. It took much longer than anticipated but they made the floor presentable for showing and selling. I plan to use them again and again. Highly recommend.
