There is a judgment against the company now as they were taken to court for their actions, and I told the manager when I called that I did not bluff, and that I was going to take them to court. Think again next time you blow off a customer, and now I will place lien on anything that has their name attach to it, until I receive the money owed. That is not a threat but a guarantee. Cell me said sue me, so I did.

I have bought at least five or six phones from these guys over the past couple of years, you see I have a son and daughter that don’t know how to not break them. I have found Cell Me to be very professional and the staff is extremely polite. Of you are in need of phones or repair you can’t go wrong with these guys. Save your money from the high end glitz and glamour stores. Their store is clean and convenient. Thanks Cell One.

This business is a complete joke, on so many levels. I literally felt like I was on some kind of reality show while attempting to get some kind of customer service. No one seems to know what anyone else does, nor where they have put things. I shattered the screen on my phone and thought the $ 60 to replace it, was better than $ 300 for a new one. Needless to say, I paid them $ 60 and still ended up buying a new phone. My information got«lost» in their computer. They called and told me the phone was ready twice, and then proceeded to tell me they didn’t have it when I went to pick it up. Had the phone 2 days and screen started lifting up, called to complain and was told«oh yeah, that batch of parts was defective» really? then why did you use it in the first place? Second attempt at repair and my phone was returned with an erased SIM card and a weak«oops, sorry». Best part is, they have these cards next to their register asking people to go online and review them. Well… here you go!
