Let’s talk real estate! I can’t recommend CORE Group enough! They absolutely embody the name of the company: Client Oriented Real Estate. Everything is about me and I like it! Every one of their agents that I have come in contact with has been incredibly friendly, talkative, and such hard workers. I swear they are either always on the phone helping their clients or running out the door to go do showings ALL over the Treasure Valley! There is really no stopping these guys! I will be buying a home in the area sometime soon and I absolutely love their bright and beautiful website. I check it every single day! I think that a lot of people browsing for real estate don’t know that sites like Zillow etc. aren’t updated and information just kind of falls to the wayside. House Hunters is updated every hour and has complete access to the MLS so if a price drops. you’ll see it immediately! If a home sells… it’s gone so you don’t get your hopes up! I think that is very important. The 4 owners are all fabulous and so invested in their company. They are also some of the nicest and most genuine people I’ve met! And they are all so excited about real estate :) Gotta love what you do in order to be so good at it! I have only had good experiences with these guys and I would recommend them to all of my friends and family. At CORE, there is no such thing as «Oh I’ll get back to you» and never receiving a call back. These agents touch base all the time and make absolute certain that you are 100% taken care of. When I need information on a home or just have a general question about real estate(I’m no expert!) I get my answer as soon as is humanly possible. I have loved working with everyone I’ve met so far at CORE, and as a semi relevant side note, their office is the cutest I’ve seen. ;)

Core Group Realty’s website is the best around by far. updates every 15 minutes straight from the MLS, so you know the exact status of any home you’re looking at(huge difference compared to Zillow!!!). The site also has a «customer care» team that works every day if you ever have questions. They’re always pleasant on the phone and if they don’t know the answer, they find someone that does. The agents I’ve worked with are all stellar people. Very dedicated and obviously passionate about their jobs. I’ve experienced agents in the past that seem to drop off the face of the planet after the initial meeting and leave me to do all of the digging. That was absolutely not the case with Core agents. I got new listing emails every day, and she nearly always answered my calls, or at least called me back as soon as she could. I’m not super knowledgeable in real estate but my agent at Core was so patient and answered every question I had until she knew I understood. I would absolutely recommend Core Group to my friends, and plan to use them in the future as well!

Évaluation du lieu : 1 Tracy, CA
Core Group Boise Realty and Foreclosures is absolutely awful If you are trying to buy property in Boise long distance, we would definitely recommend another agency. This agency does not tend to look at properties they are referring clients to see, at least not for this client. They had sent us many emails of multi-family investment properties in Boise, and we saw some that peaked our curiosity. We placed an offer based on the glowing words from our agent, whom we thought had inspected the property, in order to go view inside the units. Our case in point: we traveled from Tracy, CA to see a property for which we «had» to place an offer in order to gain access and inspect the property. Our agent recommended the services of a professional home inspector to inspect the property while we were there and we reluctantly agreed(meaning we now had to pay $ 275 for an inspection that would have been totally unnecessary considering the poor condition of the property). The agent we had been dealing with was not available to show me the property, so she sent her partner. The property was far less than stellar in repair or cleanliness and we could tell that the agents had never been to this property. Then the showing agent stated that he had other business and if there weren’t any more questions«I am going to get going» and he left. We had instructed our agents via phone conversations several days prior to our arrival in Boise that we had wanted to make a busy day of our time in Boise and that we wanted to see several properties. All we got was the bum’s rush out the door as he excused himself to do whatever his new plans entailed. This was certainly no way to treat prospective buyers who had traveled more than 750 miles to view and purchase property. And then, to schedule a professional inspector at the same time of the showing was far too premature, and something the agents should have recommended against. Core Group Realty should have held off on scheduling the inspector until we had seen the property in advance and firmed up the offer. This was more like putting the proverbial cart before the horse… bass ackwards! And to leave clients stranded in the middle of a city in which they were unfamiliar was the final straw that broke the back of this very non-professional relationship.
