Service and quality couldn’t be any better. We wanted to get a new rug for our home and decided to get a high quality carpet bound to the size and shape we wanted. The Dillabaugh’s staff did a fantastic job explaining the difference of fiber and quality and the entire process was very simple/​enjoyable. Even the gentleman who delivered the rug, Brent Rose, was very kind and helpful in laying it out in our home.
Thanks for the help and the beautiful rug/​carpet. The kids love wrestling around on it and it seems we get so many compliments on how soft it is. Thank you, thank you!

Installers were experienced and professional and the sales person (Osa) recommended the perfect product for our installation. The job could not have gone better. The install was for luxury vinyl tile in the basement and stairway.

We had an insurance claim for some water damage and since Dillabaughs has been around Boise forever I figured I would give them a call. Osa was my rep. He came out very quickly to look at the job, take a bunch of measurements and gave me a quote later that same day. They worked well with and through the company that I had overseeing the entire disaster cleanup process. The workers were in as expected and got the job done well and efficiently. In particular, Osa went above and beyond in making sure that we got the job done right and were happy with the results.

New flooring, finally! 25 year warranty… unless you move a dryer and it tears the flooring which is less than one week old. Oh good, the installer can fix it and cost me only $ 75 rather than the $ 150 through the store. What is the 25 year warranty? Really, it’s only weak spot is tearing? They came and measured, they saw it was going in a laundry area. Think they might have mentioned this? Who picks up a washer or dryer to move it? No one! You walk it or you scoot it. I don’t care if I have to go to Oregon to get the rest of the flooring and I have a whole house left to do, I’m certainly not giving them any more money.
