Dollar Tree

My go to store for gift bags! It seems like we go to birthday parties about 2−3x in a month & they carry those big ones so I stock up with those & even baby shower gift bags! I just realized that they also carry orowheat bread so I shop bread from them now, I mean for $ 1 thats a good deal!

What can I say??? Everything is a dollar! Good for balloons and frozen veggies! I had a bad experience last time where the manager on duty didn’t know what he was doing when it came to reload my capital one credit card (at dollar tree you can pay your credit card and it become available immediately). He called his store manager and they both told me they don’t do that. I drove to the dollar tree on Vista and bam, no prob! He was so terribly rude, he made me feel like I was a liar! However, the young lady tonight was super nice and it redemed it for me.

Deffinately not a 4 – 5 star shopping experience but hey what do you expect? What I do expect from any business I give my money to is great customer service! My experience many times going here is the people are great at keeping seasonal section along with regular stuff STOCKED. Very few times have I visited and not found what I was looking for, so keep up the good work on that.
Good Buys
What are the good buys at the Dollar tree?
Well I buy my dried spices here such as pepper, salt, garlic, onion powder, cayan, etc. All those are so much cheaper here than at the grocery store where they are .75−1.00 more in price. A trip here also precedes a trip to the movie theater where I buy the same candy boxes for $ 6 less. imagine that lol.
Bad Service
It seems everytime I am there I see boxes in the aisles where they seem to be stocking, if they could just minimize this it would look neater and be a bit safer.
Once you get your basket of goodies you can expect a lengthy wait if you have more than 3 people in front of you. It is very difficult for them to open up 2 – 3 registers it seems, in retail you never make the customer wait longer then absolutely necessary.
