I’ve eaten at the Arden St. Dominos in Boise many times now and I’ve never had a bad experience. I think when it comes to fast food Pizza, Domino’s is still the best around. I usually get a Brooklyn style pizza so I can’t speak for the other review from 2013 where he got a bunch of burned crusts, but I am eating one of their pizzas right now and it is as good as it gets for the price. I got carry out and the person who presented me with my pizza(Theresa I believe?) was incredibly friendly and proud of her work. My favorite Pizza in Idaho is still Idaho Pizza Company, but I have to order much larger amounts of food at a higher cost to get a good deal… with Dominos they always have tons of coupons to choose from.

This review is a long time coming. Last time we ate anything from this Domino’s location was January 2013 and the next time will be three weeks from never. We ordered two large thing crust pizzas. You know, nothing complicated. One was a meat pizza and the other was a BBQ chicken pizza. We received or order timely(30 to 40 minutes like the website said) and when we opened the two pizza boxes, we found the hardest, driest, burnt thin crust pizza we’ve ever laid eyes on. It would have been funny if the pizzas weren’t our dinner for the evening. I called Domino’s and was offered either credit for my purchase or two additional fresh pizzas. Still needing dinner, I requested two replacement pizzas and was told they would be delivered right away. ANHOURLATER, the two replacement pizzas were delivered. Both pizza boxes were opened and both boxes contained the same burnt pizzas as the first order. To clarify, we now had FOUR burnt thin crust pizzas. Rest assured, these weren’t my first four thin crust pizzas ever received from Domino’s. One year, our family order sooooooo much Domino’s pizza, we actually received an Xmas card. It was a bit embarrassing to receive the card but the Domino’s location was certainly appreciative for our(weekly) patronage. If this Domino’s pizza location can’t make edible thin crust pizza, then the Domino’s pizza website should warn customers about the inability.
