I manage a few properties in Boise form out of state. One of my tenants required what he thought was an AC repair(but turned out to be a furnace repair). Nat was able to come out on the Saturday before Easter Sunday to provide a quick fix, then return on Monday, when he had picked up the required part, to finish the repair. Great service and great price. Tenants were also happy with the service. Nat was able to communicate with me efficiently via text message and email, which is a big plus for me. Final formal invoice received by email(as Word doc); Nat even offered to send an invoice via PayPal, if I so preferred. I highly recommend Flash Heating and Home Repair!

The first hot day of Spring and my AC doesn’t blow cool air! I Googled AC repair in Boise and found that Nat at FLASH Heating & Home Repair had the highest number of 5-star reviews. I’m not surprised at all. Nat had the lowest priced service call fee that once paid, is good for the whole year. His service was quick, efficient and friendly. He had replaced my broken fan motor in less than an hour. He also offered to change my ceiling filter since I don’t own a ladder, and then he wouldn’t let me pay for it! Very nice guy. I would definitely do business with Nat at Flash again!

Outstanding company, great first experience! So I just moved to Boise, and I bought a house and wanted to have a HVAC contractor come out and check out my heating\cooling system, replace the filters, and basically have someone familiar to be able to call should I ever need emergency service in the winter. I did a search online and found a site which listed a bunch of HVAC companies, and I emailed several. Nat, from Flash Heating emailed me back within minutes, gave me some great info in regards to the new system, and offered to come do an inspection and introduce me to his company for almost no cost(just the cost of filters). He showed up when he said he would, and looked through the entire system, replaced the filters, and gave me some great tips for reducing the cost of operation, and extending the life of my furnace. He only charged for the filter replacement, and didn’t try to sell me parts that don’t need to be replaced. I’m happy to recommend Nat w\ Flash. I hope I don’t have to call him in the winter for an emergency service, but I’m happy to have his card and info in the event something goes wrong and I need a quick reliable repair.
