At first, I had a good experience at this store. Sure, I had to wait in a long line to get helped, but this is typical at busy mobile stores. At first, I got great service. The staff ordered phones for my wife and I, helped with plan options, and gave clear information. I do think the sales staff works incredibly hard. My issue is that I ordered two phones in May 2015. The phones were not in stock, so I had to wait. I went ahead and paid the Verizon Edge sales tax at the time of the order. When I picked the phones up, I was mistakenly charged this tax again. I caught the mistake after the transaction and the store’s staff told me to return for a refund the next day. After returning to the store and doing more waiting while the sales staff called the parent office, I was told that a check would be sent to me for the $ 81 I am owed. Fast forward to today, 8 weeks later, and I haven’t received a refund. I’ve called customer support 4 times, been assured that the check was«processing,» and received false promises of call backs. The support staff offers lots of excuses: the finance department seems to not work much(definitely not Fridays) and the corporate buy out from the BullFrog days is causing issues. I’ll brave the lines at an actual Verizon store or just shop online before I return to this reseller. Eight weeks to process a refund due to the company’s mistake is unacceptable, especially when I continue to have to waste my time to get my refund at all. Avoid this company to save time and money. Update: I received my refund, and a call back in response to this review. Updated to two stars.

Not a huge fan of this place. Had one phone replaced to have lost a bunch of data that had supposedly been transferred. Be warned this is not a Verizon store meant to help you with problems. They are here to sell. Second visit want much better. Got a replacement phone but had to wait for them to drive to another store to get it and it was white. AND the camera was scratched. They also«couldn’t» transfer photos off since the screen was damaged. I had to bring my laptop back to get them off. Funny how my tech at home works better than theirs.

We drive passed two other Verizon stores to go to this one. The manager Josh is amazing and super helpful with all the questions I had. That is an awesome crew there they all make it a great experience every time we go in there. If you want a great store with friendly and helpful guys this is the place to go!

So laughable. Left the store because the middle aged man was ridiculously unprofessional in attitude. He was treating my mother so poorly. Basically just a jerk. He was not wearing a name tag and didn’t change his attitude until he saw me go onto Unilocal.I’m going to a real verizon store not this fake one. It’s my bad bc I thought this was a real verizon not some silly retailer licensed to sell verizon. Prob one reason the guy told lies about corp. @ tbe real verizon wireless right now and they’re not charging us $ 20 to transfer contacts, like the guy at bullfrog said tbey would, and they’re super nice. Ya bull guy u were gonna«waive» the fee for my mom lmao. Customers beware of the liars employed here!!! They are mean and just don’t go here for verizon issues.

This is my secret(usually) non-busy Verizon store(yes its a My Bullfrog) but that doesn’t really make a difference. The guys in here are super helpful and knowledgeable, not pushy and just do what you ask them. I’m usually in and out in no time.
