I have had dealings with Kathy Hamilton and Travis Hamilton at the property management firm. They are both great to deal with … very professional, very friendly, very effective. In short, simply nice, honest, trustworthy folks.
I was having difficulty locating a suitable 2 bedroom place to rent, and Kathy had the perfect four-​unit building in her inventory; and pet-​friendly too (with REASONABLE pet deposits required). The deal came-​together quickly.
The unit I will be renting was COMPLETELY renovated … new paint … new carpets … new linoleum, and they did a wonderful job fixing-​up the unit.
As a potential tenant seeking a well-​managed place, I cannot speak highly enough about these people.
Although I am not a landlord, I am certain that their dealings with their landlord clients are equally as satisfying and professional.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
