I usually like JIB but tonight I ordered a Southwest Chicken Salad and instead of telling me they were out of that dressing they put Ranch in the bag without telling me. Luckily, I checked it and asked for the correct salad dressing and THEN I was informed they were out WITHOUT any offer to make it up by changing the order or offering any recompense as other companies do… Pretty disappointed. Between this and the time I was given a Twisted Strawberry drink that had barely any strawberry in it and tasted like soda water I’m beginning to question Fairview JIB… I think I might start trying Overland since its the same distance OR another fast food joint…

My daughter and I went in for an early dinner, we were greeted promptly and with a smile… My daughter was very happy with her fresh spun Oreo shake… our food arrived promptly delivered to our table with a smile… I agree with my fellow Unilocalers. Most defiantly 5nest and friendliest JIB around. Drive thru is as good as dine in for friendliness. Must try… the Ultimate Breakfast Burrito and the ghost pepper chicken…

Hands down the best tasting Jack in The Box that I’ve been to. Even the service was incredible at 11 o’clock at night. Great quality.

The friendliest Jack in the Valley, hands down. Liz, the manager has a firm grasp of service and the employees are well trained. The service is several notches above what you would find at a fast food restaurant. Todd, one of the employees is first rate. The restaurant is clean and the food is hot and fresh. With all the options on fairview, don’t think of this Jack as typical fare because it is not. You’ll be pleasantly surprised.
