Keller Skin Care

Scheduled an 8:30am appt with assurance I would get in quickly as I have a meeting at 9am nearby. Arrived 10 min early, it is now after 9am and I am still waiting in the lobby.
Was already thinking of changing as I was unimpressed with my first visit. Will change for sure now.

Took hubby here today and we had a great visit. Dr. K. agreed that the mole was suspicious and he was able to remove it today. Hubby didn’t feel a thing.
Our experience was great! We appreciated:
— the very nicely appointed office and waiting area. Roomy and comfortable… and clean!
— the friendly and helpful staff.
— the ease with which we got our appointment.
— the doctor’s willingness to answer all our questions without making us feel like we were rushing him.
— the doctor’s laid-​back manner. No stuffiness here!
— the check-​in process was easy because the forms were e-​mailed to us so I could fill them out ahead of time. No filling out lengthy forms on a clipboard! (We do the doctor thing a lot and I’m really sick of clipboards!)
He’s close (yeay!) and accepts our insurance (yeay!), but he’s also terrific. I’d recommend to anyone. I bet he’d be great with teenaged patients who have skin/​acne issues.
