Calf issues almost ruined my running. Myofly listened to what my problems were and offered helpful solutions. Deep tissue/Sports massage HURTS; if it doesn’t, find another masseuse. They offer specials during the week that make regular massages affordable for everyone. Two«thumbs up» and 5 stars.

I’ve been going to Myofly for a year. As I look back, I can tell my shoulders don’t tingle as much when I stress out, which is great. It took a little while to find a therapist who worked best for me, and now I have and she is SO great. Her name is Chelsi. I don’t have any serious body issues. I’m a young person with a desk job who tends to stress out a lot, and that in turn is reflected in my body. I can tell Chelsi cares about my well-being and wants me to feel my best. She also educates me on how to listen to my body, and what measures I can take at home to alleviate my problem areas. I do 90-minute massages with her and they are always cherished. Sometimes I almost fall asleep on the bed because I am so relaxed! All massages I’ve received from other therapists were good, and I’ve never felt like I wasted my money. I’m sad to read the only other review on here is so negative. Hopefully more happy customers will start writing here. Myofly has great hours to fit any schedule. Their sessions are moderately priced to other places in the Treasure Valley. Please give this place a try!

I scheduled a 2 hour massage that only lasted 1 hr and 40 mins. When I questioned the therapist she was obviously annoyed with me and told me that was to give me time to undress, consult, and redress… all of which took less than 5 – 10 minutes. She was late to the appointment, and didn’t want to compensate by extending my massage. Also, about 75% of my massage was done with ONEHAND. After I while I started to think she was actually texting during the massage. I sent an email to the business owner to give her the feedback and got no response. I didn’t expect anything more than an email confirming my feedback and at least an apology for the poor service, but never got that. The therapist had decent pressure and technique, but was obviously distracted. It wasn’t the type of service you expect when you’re spending over 100 dollars.
