I love the friendly atmosphere at a need to bead… the first time I took my daughter there to pick out some beads the Sabra took very good care of her helping her pick out and maximize hwr budget amount… She was aided by a very friendly Mis B we will be back.

I have been to this bead shop a few times and every time the staff is super friendly and helpful. I enjoy the atmosphere in the shop, if you wanted to sit down at one of there table to work on a project you are free to do so.

I was a brand new beader at the time of my first visit. I had already been all over town and was frustrated that I couldn’t find any earring-​making classes. None of the other stores offered any.
That’s when Sabra and Molly sat down with me (at one of their available tables) and showed me how to wrap wire and create earrings. No charge! And since then, I’ve been greeted by name. All my questions have been answered.
They have a loyalty card program for extra savings, and they even hold on to the cards so customers don’t risk losing them.
After visiting all the other bead stores in the valley, NTB is my favorite because of their friendly staff, wide selection, and reasonable prices. I have since referred many of my friends here and they are now loyal customers too.
