Palm Beach Tan

This place is great. Very clean & they provide amazing customer service! Definitely recommend.

I have deleted and revised my previous review of Palm Beach Tan after speaking with their District Manager Danielle this afternoon. Two days after my concerns were posted on Unilocal,I received a phone call from Danielle who reimbursed both my mother and my fees and provided us with additional tans if we chose to continue to tan at Palm Beach Tan. In my opinion, Danielle went above and beyond. I definitely did not expect to receive a full reimbursement since I did use their services for an entire month. Danielle said she would continue training all associates so they would know the policies and assured me of her high customer service standards.
I am definitely going to give Palm Beach Tan another try since they were quick to make things right for both me and my mother. Their tanning is relatively affordable ($ 19.99 a month for level one if you have an online coupon, unlimited tanning), the beds are always clean, they provide you with protective eye wear for each tan (so you don’t have to worry about leaving yours at home) and the employees are very friendly. I also received a free upgrade to a level 3 tan the day before I left on my vacation which was really nice, and boy did I look tan!
Make sure to get a copy of your agreement when you sign up for your records and enjoy your tan :)

Bad Service! This is for the SPA not the Tanning. I have been once (successfully) to the Parkcenter location. The first time I didn’t know who to talk to because apparently the front desk right there is only for the tanning beds and the wax appointment I had was with the spa which doesn’t have a desk and nobody to check in with. The actually wax was a 4 out of 5. Then the second time I tried to go again there was nobody to check in with and after wait 20 minutes I tried calling and nobody answered! They forgot about my appointment! They also never answer their phone! I will never go back and will tell others not to.
