Palm Beach Tan

Natasha is fabulous. She took plenty of time with me to show me around and explain how everything works. I want every interaction in my life to be like that one. Pleasant, easy, comfortable and informative. She gave me the perfect plan of attack to safely achieve the tan results im after. Ive gone to this location in the past and have always had decent experiences but nothing compares to Natasha’s customer service. The young inexperienced ones need QUITE a bit more training for new customers, but otherwise everyone is pleasant and accommodating so far.

I have gone to all the locations to tan and this one is the worst location ive been to. Ive been there 5 times in hope that they would get better considering its the nearest to my house. First time i went there this girl was so snappy and disrespectful and tried to sell me tanning lotion so she could get some commission told me she made off of the products they sold. I appologized but i already had 2. The second time she was there again and i took my friend to get a membership and gave her a terrible experience too she loves the location in meridian i love the location on broadway crazy to think i drive over there just to tan. The third time i wanted to buy bronzer and i always use my discount on my account so i can get it at 15 dollars and o had barely froze my account for the winter and i got told that the discounts would still apply since i wasnt cancelling. I went in the buy some at this location and this other girl also snappy and rude was telling me i had to unfreeze my account and that she could give me 2 free ones if i did that or i could pay full prize for the bronzers those were my only choices. Totally felt like it was a commission thing again so i left went to the broadway location of course after regreting my visit at this location once again. Got to the broadway location and the girls there told me i had tan dollars and that i could use those for tanning or my discounted bronzers.

I love the atmosphere. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If you can get on a special the rates are worth it. If not I probably wouldn’t have used them. It seems very clean and sanitized.
