I brought a watch here that I received as a family heirloom. It was a sort of expensive, abnormal model of watch that many other retailers refused to work on out of fear of being help liable if they couldn’t figure out how to fix it/​broke it while trying. Forest and Lindsey at this location both knew immediately how to fix it. Additionally they were incredibly sweet and efficient time-​wise. I also feel like I would have been charged more somewhere else. On top of being an incredibly pleasant experience, they brought to my attention several other things I would’ve never thought to ask about (they resealed the water resistance, pointed out a near broken link that only the manufacturer could fix etc). I would come back here in a heartbeat. These are some great people.
