Limited knowledge (understandably, since it’s just a doc-in-the-box), high prices, long wait times, and terrible service. Working with their billing department was a nightmare. They were incompetent and incredibly rude. One of the check-in employees told me they would try to bill the insurance I provided, then I find out later from the billing department that they apparently knew all along they didn’t take the insurance and the check-in employee shouldn’t have said they could take it. THEN after arguing with me, it turns out they completely botched it and they actually did take my insurance. What a mess. In the end they billed the insurance and everything went through smoothly, no thanks to them.
The only reason I even give them a 2 rather than 1 is that their doctors aren’t necessarily bad. They aren’t the greatest, but I don’t expect much from an urgent care. They know the basics and they’re generally nice. It’s hit or miss.

Always a challenge to find good medical care on a Sunday. I was referred by a friend to Primary Health on Ustick for son. He was exhibiting flu like symptoms this weekend. Particularly worried given recent tragic stories in the news recently. The receptionist, nurse and physician all asked very thorough questions. The physician listened and clearly explained a logical diagnoses and what to expect over the next few days for my son. They also sent for further tests for strepp even though the one they performed in the office test was negative… they just wanted to be certain! Very reassuring and very good medical care found (on a Sunday).
