So so so so very happy with this service. Can I give 10 stars? Needed cleaning on short notice and a holiday for my sick sister’s house. Scheduled and paid online-‘how ridiculously cool is that? The two showed up, worked their butts off and the house looks amazing! Wow wow wow.

Great service and a new better way to get service! I love the online scheduling, its ingenious. The staff are friendly and conscientious, I was very pleased with the service! I purchased the deep clean and I don’t think my shower door has ever looked better till after these girls cleaned it! Thanks ProTouch!

This service was really phenomenal. I purchased a deep clean since it had been a while since my house was really thoroughly scrubbed down. I met ProTouch’s cleaners, Linda and Natalie, at my house so I could let them in, introduce them to my dog, and walk them through my house sharing my preferences.
1) My dog loved them and they were both animal lovers so that made me feel reassured that I could leave my dog in the house with them and he would be well taken care of with a belly full of treats (they did ask first if they could give him treats and I figured, why not!)
2) They were both very concerned with making sure they did things the way I preferred. This was awesome since I’ve had some of the franchise cleaning companies clean my home that were so regimented in what the company allowed them to do that I didn’t feel like I had a say in how things were done in my own house. ProTouch is absolutely not like that! They wanted to make sure I was excited about this service and everything was done MY way. I loved this even more because they absolutely followed through. This might be the first time I’ve had a cleaning company work on my house and everything was cleaned as well or better than I would do it.
3) Booking was SUPER simple. I love that I can just tell them to be at my house at a certain time and they just show up and do what I’ve instructed on the web form. I don’t have to leave a check on the counter for the cleaning people to loose later, you just pay online. SO EASY! However, I was worried that this would be a little impersonal since you don’t have to talk to anyone before the cleaning, but since I wanted to make sure my dog was ok with these «strangers» I got to have a more personal experience. I highly recommend doing this so it doesn’t feel like strangers are cleaning your house, but honestly, if you can’t meet them before the first cleaning, don’t worry. Linda and Natalie are awesome, hardworking people. After meeting them I would have NO issues just letting them come and go in my house. Besides, the owner is so easy to contact if there are issues or questions.
This is a great service and I highly recommend them. Plus, I love that they are a local business and I’m supporting our local economy.
