Our Bosch diswasher failed on Christmas Eve — bad timing, but the repair guy said it would be ordered promptly(probably next week). No part by January 2, but no call from Quality Appliance. Their customer service manager finally got in the act, but no follow up calls to advise us. Were told Bosch would have shipped overnight for $ 50(but no-one gave us that option). Now January 6 and I called to learn that the part has been«tracked» and will be here tomorrow(January 7). Best guess is that the part was never ordered until my wife called to inquire after a week. Holidays do capture attention, but after they acknowledged poor customer service, they still did not call to keep us informed. Slow learners, I guess. Might consider purchasing your appliance from some other vendor than RC Willey, who by the way, disclaimed any responsibility for the repair place they have under contract.

Quality Appliance is who RC Willey’s will likely send out to repair or order a replacement if they can’t fix it. Their guys are great! They show up on time, speak respectfully… without any foul language… which is a HUGE plus, and get it fixed or they get it replaced. Their techs are knowledgeable and have always fixed it right the first time. We had to have parts ordered a couple of times over the years but it didn’t take long and they called me to set up a time to get said appliance back in working order in just a couple of days. Highly recommend Quality Appliance!
