We stopped at Red Lobster after a loooong day at the office and we needed to refuel before finishing some errands. I’ve honestly never been here for the full shebang of crab or lobster but I love the lobster bisque soup and well… It’s definitely soup season in Idaho! We started at the bar because there was actually a small wait for a table(on a Thursday night. I couldn’t believe it but I didn’t mind a drink after the day I had. The bar staff was awesome and the drinks were on point. One person at the table ordered his own meal of jumbo shrimp with broccoli. They mistakenly brought brussels sprouts instead(he was a good sport about it). They offered to bring out the broccoli but after tasting the Brussels sprouts he changed his mind. I have never had them and after stealing a bite from his plate they are now added to my grocery list. The rest of us all decided to order soup and split some appetizers and shrimp. We ordered lobster bisque, lobster pizza. The seafood dip and a choose 2 shrimp with mashed potatoes. I was a little underwhelmed with the popcorn shrimp and would only order fried shrimp or butterfly shrimp next time. We had more than enough food to share and even left with leftovers. My husband and I used to go just for the soup, biscuits and to share a lobster pizza. When I took my first bite of warm buttery biscuit dipped in the bisque I reminded myself that this needs to happen more often. Yummmm! I will be back for more of that delicious soup and those sinful biscuits soon.

I came in on Black Friday so it would be quick… Our waiter was so great and talkitive. I got the Ca jun chicken pasta and it was great! Would recommend to friends!

I came in on Thursday night for dinner with my husband. Normally I’m not a chain restaurant kind of girl, but I was given a gift card. I hadn’t been to Red Lobster in ages and as I recall my last experience was nothing to write home about. When I came in last night it was surprisingly busy, yet everything inside was running smoothly. We were served our drinks promptly and our orders were taken within minutes. My husband went with the surf & turf and I opted for the admirals feast. Our food was served quickly and it was pretty good, I was a tad disappointed as my husbands meal was better than mine. My clan strips were a bit over cooked and the prices seemed a little high. Not to mention there was a mix up and we were almost charged for someone else’s(very expensive) meal on top of our own. Luckily my husband was vigilant and noticed the error before handing over his card. Our server fixed that error and we went along our way. Overall, it was a decent meal and those biscuits are pretty much the best in the biz… But I won’t be back anytime soon.

Lunch was a disaster the fish and chips with no flavor and someone must have counted the fries. The sailors lunch was bad too and the only saving grace was the carrot cake for dessert.

My wife and I have been coming to this facility ever since it opened along with family and friends. Wow, today we were informed only a 5 – 10 minute wait. That’s great, much better than the 20 – 30 minutes we were expecting. However, as I was standing there I looked around I counted 17 empty tables on just one side of the facility. I didn’t bother to count the empty tables on the other side. What gives? I can’t believe we had to stand there waiting while three employees stood there discussing the day’s events. I assume two hostess, a waiter(I Think) and no Manager and there was no other customers in front of us. What do you mean wait 5 – 10 minutes when there are EMPTY tables? What has happened to customer service? Sorry, we decided to go celebrate my wife’s B-day at a different establishment where they still believe in customer service. Shame on you(Red Lobster) the first time, shame on me the second time.

Totally dissapointed with my takeout order of Fried Oysters at the Boise location. Menu claims it comes on a bed of fries. I ordered 12 oysters which amounts to two orders and a salad. My oysters came in varying small sizes minus the fries. The taste of the batter was very dissapointing also. Will not order there again.

If I could I would give 10 stars!!! Our service was the best! Sarah did such a good job of taking care of us! Our food was amazing. All of the staff there were so nice and were on top of everything. I would go back any day and would love to be in Sarah’s section!

I took my wife there for her birthday, I was really disappointed about the food. The lobster were rubbery and chewy. It was just awful experience for our first time.

Awesome! We had such a good dinner today. They have an extensive food and beverage menu, with all sorts of combination aimed at providing variety at an affordable cost. Our server, Jillian was very kind, gracious and helped us with our food order so we don’t end up with wastage. The quality of the seafood(lobster, scallops and shrimps) was great and vegetables were well prepared. Not to mention the best biscuits we have ever tasted. We would definitely dine at Red Lobster again!

Red Lobster isn’t what it used to be. I remember when a customer got what they ordered and how they wanted it. sadly today The customer service was below expectations. I went in for dinner and they could not get my order correct all. It took them three tries until it was as I ordered it. This experience today destroyed my thoughts for this place and my memories. Sadly I payed for it and consider it a waste of money as the«final product» I received was barely edible. I am being decent giving it 3 stars due to the possibility of the staff just having a bad day.

Had a great dinner tonight at this Boise location. From our stuffed mushroom app to my coconut shrimp the lobster and the potato soup and cheese biscuits. All of it was delish !! The only weird part was the hostess was not at the host desk but in the dining room talking to a server when we walked in. She assumed I didn’t want a kids menu for my son, who is only seven. She also offered to show my son to our table so I didn’t have to wait up front for him while he used the restroom but he came wondering back to our table by himself and said she was nowhere in sight. He said she didn’t tell Him where we were and that it was hard to find us. so basically the hostess sucked ! So they lose a star

I have now been to this restaurant 3x this year, each time worse than the last. So many options in Boise, save your money go somewhere else. Plus the crab legs are really bad at this location.

I have to give this location only 2 stars this time. Everything was good except my meal. Service was great and the others in our party seemed rather pleased with their meal. The problem with my meal was the way they served me my plate. The meal I picked was the«Admiral’s Feast»…Walt’s Favorite Shrimp, bay scallops, clam strips and sole fried to a golden brown. $ 18.99 All of the sea food was deep fried(I thought) but what I got was soggy sea food. It seemed like all the food was breaded and then baked. The scallops were like rubber coated in batter. Very bad meal. I did not send it back because my wife’s niece paid for the meal and I did not want to start any issues. It was my wifes brothers birthday. So I had to play nice… LOL

Once again… foiled by RL. I try this place every 18 months hoping that something will be fresh. I was duped by another 1.5 lbs of «fresh» Alaskan King Crab that was overcooked and more jerky than meat. Two stars are possible because of great drinks and cheese biscuits. The staff was great. Imagine if they had great food to serve!!!

This place NEVER disappoints with the quality and tastiness of their food OR the great service. My mom and I are a bit«picky»(we like to share the coconut shrimp meal with an extra baked potato). The wait staff could get grouchy because we’re only ordering one meal, but they never do. Instead, they treat us like we’re the best customers in the world. Today, my mom wanted coffee. The waitress brewed her a fresh pot and was so nice. I love this restaurant, their food, and the service. I highly recommend it, and the coconut shrimp. :)

Went for dinner last night with the family and I have to say we won’t be going back anytime soon. The service was great but that’s about it. It was dark, freezing & the silverware was dirty… Everyone’s! The food was good but not for the price. They charged an extra $ 1.99 for stuffed mushrooms on top of the $ 10.99 for 3 appetizers & only gave us 4 super tiny button mushrooms that had nothing but oil & cheese in them and the calamari appetizer was nothing but fried red bell pepper & barely any calamari in there! The«garden» salad was nothing but the core of the lettuce head with a ton of cucumbers and barely any dressing either(which one was suppose to be blue cheese the other ranch. Couldn’t tell the difference) For 3 people with no alcohol our bill was $ 80. We will definitely be taking our business elsewhere!

Ok so I like the cheesy biscuits. Have not been a big fan of Red Lobster in the past but today for lunch wasn’t to bad. Claim chowed in a fresh sourdough bread bowl and a side shrimp salad. Actually very good. The table next to me ordered a lobster platters and it looked very good. Small lobster so i don’t think i would ever order it. $ 34.99 ouch… But my lunch for $ 10 was pretty good. Service was good and i think they remodeled recently. So all and all pretty good lunch.

We only visit Red Lobster during the Endless Shrimp promotion because Red Lobster tends to be a bit pricey and that’s not what we generally look for. We went to Red Lobster again today to take part in Endless Shrimp and loved it! Red Lobster is masterful when it comes to shrimp. I can say I’ve never been disappointed after having Endless Shrimp at Red Lobster. It also appears this Red Lobster was recently remodeled. It looks fantastic! I just love the new building smell it has.
