Renewal by Andersen

The Renewal Windows were put in About 2 and ½ weeks ago. I was extremely pleased with the crew that was sent to do the installation. Nick the head installer was clear with his explanation of what they would do and how long it would take. They were so efficient they actually finished quicker than estimated. What impressed me was not only the way the old windows wee removed but also the prep done for the new windows. When the crew arrived they went to work and if they took breaks or lunch it was not for very long. They were polite and professional. I wish all crews that came to a home to work were this good. The windows so far seem to be everything the salesman Justin said they would be. We immediately noticed a difference in the heat that was coming through the glass. Our old window practically baked us out of rooms during the heat of the day. Now I can stand in front of the window and not feel as if I am outside in the sun. There is so little heat transfer that it is pleasant to stand and look outside. The other thing that we noticed almost immediately was the change in how quiet the house had become.
I would have a couple things that are not complaints but suggestion or words to the wise. First it most likely that your old blinds will not work or will have to be hung differently. We had planned to get new blinds so that was not such a downer when we were told.
Shortly after the windows were placed in the house they were very stiff. We were suprised by this and were told it was just a matter of time. One main reason were replaceing the windows had to do with how hard the old one worked. When you buy be aware that the windows will be stiff. We either didnt hear that or the salesperson didn’t indicate this to us. After 24 hours they settled in and worked much better. At this point they are working very well.
We are very pleased with the windows and Anderson Renewal. We gladly recommend themn to all.

I just had a few windows at my house replaced by Anderson and the whole process was nice and easy. The salesman did an excellent job of explaining the issues I was having with my old windows and how the new ones would easily take care of my issues.
The installation team arrived on time and were very careful during the process and cleaned everything up as if they were never there.
I highly recommend Anderson if you are looking for new, high quality windows.

We were happy with our windows and the crew that installed them. They arrived and time and had all the windows installed by the end of the day. The windows are great and we love all the features/​screens/​patterns etc. Most of all we will miss the drafts and condensation from our old windows.
They did have a couple of windows that the factory made an error on so they ordered replacements for them. In the end we should have a great set of windows.

I love Renewal by Andersen! I had them replace my home windows in Albuquerque and now my second home in Boise, and both installations went smooth as butter. The salesmen were nice, respectable, and not pushy. The installers were clean, good with pets, and efficient! Overall, I recommend RBA if you are looking for replacement windows or doors.
