Yes very luxurious and quality items here but quite expensive in my opinion stock low as well but a fun place to browse

Purchased several items at this store with bad service. I have been on the hunt for a sofa and have visited Renewal 3 times in the past 2 weeks. I was not acknowledged on any of the 3 visits. No «hi» or «may I help you». Nothing. I will not return again.

I absolutely love this place. Whoever it is that makes the inventory decisions really has a great eye for it! Any time I’m downtown I have to stop in to see what they have on hand. The inventory has a pretty fast turnover, so there are always interesting new finds. (In fact, if you see something you love, you’d better snap it up fast! Too many times I’ve made the mistake of going home to think it over, only to go back the next day and find that the item I wanted has sold. It’s smarter to go ahead and put a 24-​hour hold on the item, telling them that you’re not sure it will work; then go home and do the measurements to see if it fits, etc., and cancel the sale if it doesn’t. .. they’re cool with that.)
By the way, don’t expect bargain prices. Yes, there are good buys to be had, but that’s not what this place is all about. It’s about finding cool, retro, off-​beat, quality stuff that you just won’t be able to find anyplace else.

This is my go-​to spot for furniture items. They’re always getting new/​old/​different/​funky types of furniture in, it’s worth hitting up at least once a month. The staff there is friendly, and incredibly helpful. Also, bonus is you can hold something for up to 24 hours so if you’re not 100% set on something, you can sleep on it, and then head over and pick it up in the morning.

This downtown consignment store is a regular stop on my Sunday tour. I love checking out the new pieces that they have in stock. Some very eclectic pieces and fine quality. You really never know what you are going to find. Prices are reasonably and the staff are friendly.

What a fantastic consignment store! I love this place and check it regularly. They get some really fabulous things in and they’re their prices are fair. I’ve purchased a pair of gorgeous mid century orange velvet wing back chairs, coffee tables and big, beautiful baskets here.
They have a loading dock in the back alley. There is parking on the street and a public lot less than a half block away.

This is a great consignment shop. I have purchased a few items from them, and they are always willing to negotiate. My mom also found some great bar stools the last time we were there that she loves. The prices are decent, not great. They are constantly getting new items, so if you go enough you are sure to find something wonderful. I sort of feel like the back section of household items etc. could use a little more thought.
Parking can be a bit of an issue, as it is downtown street parking. You might have to search for a spot.

What a cool place! A little bit of everything. Unfortunately we showed up right at closing time so we didn’t have time to really look around. I did find a cute silver bracelet for $ 2! Will definitely go back!

Great place for gently used furniture with some funk. I purchased an ottoman, but would have liked to walk out with a lot more. Their selection has more of a retro vibe (sry, but I think shabby chic lovers will be disappointed).
I will admit, I was a difficult customer. First, I put the item on hold because I wasn’t sure if I wanted it. Then, I wanted it, but couldn’t find a ride to pick it up. The whole time, the employee/​owner? was really nice and understanding!
I would give a 5 if they had better signage for their store. The first time I went, I walked past it twice before noticing it (and I was actively searching for it, lol). And the second time, I had trouble finding the back entrance (where you pick-​up ur stuff). It was annoying…
