There is no one better than Tony! He cares about his customers, and consistently has their best interest at heart, which is highly unusual this day and age. Each time I’ve called them for various issues with my Direct TV, they come out the same day, and take care of it … easy peasy. The last issue I had, I «tried» working with Directv for 3 – 4 days, and they just didn’t get my problem, and also kept escalating me up the problem solving line-​up to no avail to resolve my issue. After realizing SS would be my best bet, even tho it was DTV’s issue, I called and Tony fixed it within an hour! BINGO. DTV called me 5 days later wondering when they could come out. WHAT?! It was fixed already by Mr. Fixit. He is the best. I don’t know why other’s bypass DTV and just call SS.

A+ Service! Wanted a Sling Adapter for my Dish receiver right away. They met me at their store to help me on a Saturday when they are normally closed. Would have had to wait a week for Dish corporate to send me one!
