I called silk touch med spa and got a quote to get a procedure done, then when I scheduled the procedure to get done, decided to quote me 3x the price of the original quote once I showed up for my appointment. Something that anywhere else in the valley does for the original price that was quoted. Bottom line, way over price, no one there knows what’s going on, no consistently in anything. Get your stuff together.

I had«smart» lipo on my upper and lower stomach area and in the back on the«love handles» I was told my results would get better and better as everything healed. It’s been 8 months and my results are EXTREMELY disappointing. At my final follow up exam the doctor admitted that he didn’t blend around my ribs very well. In fact one side looks like a palm size blob of fat got missed. There are also very sharp indentations in some areas rather than a smooth appearance. When not clothed my entire stomach actually looks worse than before the procedure! Everything is bumpy, lumpy, and very uneven. I workout daily and have good muscle tone, so that’s not the problem. The doctor said he could do a «touch-up» revision if I wanted but that would mean more money(I had already paid well over 7 thousand dollars!!!) and another recovery period. Since my recovery did not go as smoothly as was expected(I developed a sernoma in one spot) I am done with pain and extensive«down time» I don’t know if I would have had a better result if I’d gone elsewhere or not. The morale of the story might just be to stay away from lipo completely.

My entire family was a regular customer of this place. A month before my wedding my sister and i went to them for botox and fillers. Well i spent about $ 800. The next few weeks i did not see any results with my botox and my lips looked uneven. I called them to set up an appt and they told me to give it more time. Well one more week passed but still no results and lips were looking bad. I went back and she injected another few units of botox and they took the fillers out. I was extremely stressed and few days after no results with botox again. I went back and they treated me like i am the problem not them. They said they can’t do anything about it. I came home and called their spa manager to get a refund. She refunded my money and few months later sent me a letter saying they can no longer provide me with their services. I was not offended at all because this is a place where they make money through bad service. They add water to their botox and expect people to be happy with it. I am sorry $ 800 maybe like $ 8 to them but for me it is my whole months salary and i will speak up when something doesn’t feel right. It was not just me, my sister was disappointed with her results as well. Before you sent me that letter, i already decided to never do business with you people again so thank you for making my job easier!

Had a horrible extraction and chemical peels, I bought a package for 6 micro or chemical peels. The first service had issue with tools, staff told me this is very old tools and need to replace it but she still kept using it even though she knew that and interruption from other staff, came to the room while I received the service. The second time, was ok with the service but again, another staff open the door and ask for some tools that she couldn’t find. The 3rd and 4th services were just fine. The 5th service is the nightmare, staff provide extraction and then chemical peels. I was feeling hurt from extraction and having scars all over my face. See the photo. Do not recommend. 10÷14÷13 got a call to schedule, will update what will they do to my face!

Had a horrible accident due to recklessness of staff. Owner was not understanding whatsoever, and refused to take responsibility for the fact that I missed two days of work. I was in pain for 4 days, had to ice my face, take pain medications, steroid medications and constant hydration moisturizers from a chemical peel administered incorrectly. Owner was honestly harsh and quite frankly seemed like she didn’t care whatsoever. Will never go back; part of keeping customers is to ensure they are left happy, and that was not the case. Made several attempts at communicating with them and was basically dismissed, even though I went through a lot of pain and frustration with them. There was a staff person who was able to help me at least fix it as much as possible, but when it came to making it right since I had missed work, the owner acted as if my experience was nothing. Completely offensive on the phone, and refused to even consider filing a no-fault insurance claim to cover costs. Simply said«no.» Definitely lost a customer, and has already lost plenty of future clients, since I told all of my friends about my previous experience(which had been great) and then this one. Very disappointing.
