Spearmint Rhino

Do not expect this place to be like the rhinos your used to in Vegas and California. This is basically the church version haha.
No nudity at ALL, really! This is a strip club lol. Overpriced drinks and the ATM charges 10 percent jeez…
Just look at it online… Way cheaper and you’ll see more.

Ummm can you say Hell NO!!! Bartender took 10 minutes to even say hello… it was 4pm only 3 other customers in the club… none of the dancers… danced…seriously…and the one girl on stage was laying down obviously cuz she was to big to get on the pole… NO NO NO! Avoid at all cost!

A few of us were on a nine day road trip a few years back and spent one of those days in Boise. So we stopped into the Rhino for the evening.
It was definitely a popular spot for locals. The place was basically split in half, one side was obviously the strip club and the other was like a pool hall. There was actually more guys hanging out by the pool tables then the stage. We probably should’ve taken this as a red flag.
We grabbed a booth with a decent enough view of the stage and ordered up some drinks. After a little bit we decided to get some food… typical bar stuff, chicken fingers and fries.
Most of the girls were less then interested in giving, what I’d call, a decent show. But that wasn’t what stuck out the most… now maybe we were tired from the road, maybe we had too much to drink, maybe we just weren’t paying too much attention to the disinterested dancers… whatever it was, it took us a couple hours to figure out that the girls don’t actually strip down past their bikini. Like I said it took us a couple hours to pick up on this fact, which should say something about the quality of the entertainment. But we ended up asking one of the girls about it and she confirmed that it was a bikini only club. I had only been to one other club like this, in New York City I think, but the girl said it had something to do with the liquor license.

Gentlemens club where pornstars are supposed to come to dance form time to time. When I went it was more like overweight milfs instead of pornstars. But I guess i would rather see spearmint girls than Kit Kat club girls. But I’ve got to admit that I love the name. Spearmint Rhino is a very upscale name. Too bad the girls are downscale.

This place is kinda scary for people who are out of town. There are many local guys who hang out here and are friends with the dancers. Tried this place twice. Each time, I felt completely out of place. Nothing upscale about it. As for the dancers, a couple were cute. Too bad they talk like truck drivers…
