Very unhelpful group of people. Actually would describe them as rude. Needed help finding packaging tape and employee told me she wasn’t sure where it was. I found it on my own at front of store.

Only really bad thing bout this location is its location. it’s right at a super busy intersection and in a semi hard spot to get too. Once you get here there is no more bad. The staff is freindly and knowledgeable and there selection is right on par. Everything u need from a good office supply store.

This place has everything and the prices are very competitive. I always get what I need and they have lots of sales. The customer service in the eagle store is awesome. Bought a computer and it went bad and they returned it.

Correy Penny Asst Mgr. rocks!!! So my HP 8500 printer is printing crappy. Go to Staples and buy print cartridges for $$ 110. Get home printer still crappy. In fact I have to replace it. So I figure am out $ 110 on brand new print cartridge. Nope no according to Correy. Saved me more then a $ 110 for the new printer. Extremely knowledgeable! Should be running the district office. I will return to this store forever.

I shop at Staples regularly for office supplies and equipment, and have been very impressed with the employees there. Knowledgeable, friendly, very helpful. I note the negative reviews are old. Whatever the problems were, I believe they were cleared up. Copy and Print center is first class. We have redeemed coupons, bought things on sale, asked tons of questions, and have been very satisfied with it all.

Shop Staples often. Went into the store with a $ 25 off $ 100 coupon for an internet or phone order. They have ALWAYS honored them in the store. Not this time! No way. Must go back to office and get online or call the order in for free shipping (let’s talk carbon footprint and convenience here). Got online, didn’t have one item I needed! Called it in, doesn’t exist online. Must go to the store to buy it. NICE. .. And my main reason for going in was for ink, all the colors and black, so when you need ink, you need it NOW… Really, do not understand the logic of corporate bigwigs who set stupid policies. Guess, I will have to shop elsewhere, where they have the ability to let their manager make decisions.

Went here the other day to purchase a computer monitor. When i got to the counter a chubby lady was standing there. She started checking me out and I asked her about their computer repair. She stared at me dumbly for about 15 seconds and then said, «umm…we do some basic… um…cleaning…um…» and then she stared at me for another 10 awkward seconds and lifted her eyebrows. Of course i was very impressed with her very good customer service. Staples really finds Rock Star employees.
