Doctor Storey is nice but pretty abrupt and doesn’t really talk much. After the first visit he never really asked me if anything had changed or how I was feeling. It was a routine to him that he seemed to do on every patient. Go back to the room, do these same 5 – 10 adjustments, push you out of the office, «See ya later». I never knew when/if I was supposed to come back, if things were better or worse, etc. His office staff was friendly also but they often had a hard time figuring out the billing for my insurance and couldn’t give me straight answers unless they had time to research my file and call me with an answer. However, their scheduling was very flexible and I never had a problem getting an appointment. Seemed almost like you didn’t need one and could show up whenever. Not a horrible place, a little on the expensive side though even with insurance, and definitely not all about the personal care and attention side of the practice. I have since switched to BoDo Chiropractic and I am enjoying their quality of care immensely.
