Sublime Electric

My Property Management company sent Sublime out to my home when I had no lights or power in half my house! Needless to say it was frustrating not having lights. Especially in the bathroom! I called my property management company and within 30 minutes Sublime called me to set up an appointment! AMAZING!!! The woman who called was so friendly and understanding and offered to send an electrician out in the next few hours! I was at work and the electrician was there and gone before I got home! AND I HAD WORKING LIGHTS AND OUTLETS! He fixed everything AND then some! He noticed one of our bedrooms was a little too warm for what was being read by the thermostat so he replaced that too! I was left a nice note explaining what was done. Not only was my house TRASHED but I also have a cat who is, lets just say, less than friendly to most people. He powered through the mess and even left a note saying he loved my cat. MIND BLOWN! I was so impressed with this company and I am so glad they were the ones sent out! I will always use them in the future and I will recommend them to anyone I know! I am so extremely pleased and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They have forever earned my business.

I called to have a much needed light fixture installed promptly. I was able to get on the schedule within three days time. The contractors showed up on time as planned. They were aware I had a bit of a time crunch and finished exactly as I was leaving.
The job was done as though they live in the home themselves. They even asked me if my husband, who would be using the fixture, was right or left handed so they could place the switch appropriately!
Work was clean and considerate. I wood recommend them to anyone.

I called Sublime Electric on a Monday regarding an over my head electrical problem. A real person answered the phone and scheduled an appointment between 11am and 1pm for Tuesday, the next day. I received a call from the service tech Tate at 10:20am on Tuesday letting me know that he was on his way and would be arriving by 11am.
Once Tate arrived he investigated the issue, gave me enough information to know what the problem was (in layman’s terms) and fixed the problem within an hour.
Tate was one of the best service professionals i’ve dealt with in Boise. I would assume everyone at Sublime Electric will offer the same excellence as I didn’t have a single hiccup in the process.
I highly recommend Sublime Electric and will use them again in the future as needed.

I was very impressed at the speed Sublime Electric was able to send me a bid. I am out of state and looking to purchase a property. Sublime Electric made a point of going to the property to check out my electric issues in all units at a last minute notice (when 5 other companies declined) and sent out a written bid for the work that very day. I will not hesitate to use Sublime Electric in the future with that great Customer Support.

I have been using Sublime Electric for quite a few years now on many of my properties that I manage. They are fantastic to work with. They are quick to respond, they show up on time, they are professional and their pricing is fair. I can not recommend them more highly.
Yesterday I was attempting to get an electrical issue repaired on one of my properties that carries a home warranty. It took over 15 hours to get the home warranty people to respond to my request (Grr!) as you can imagine, my resident with thoroughly upset. Fortunately the home warranty company assigned the call to Sublime (yay!) and they went out the same day and took care of the problem and my residents are once again happy! Thank you Stephanie and Clay, you guys are amazing!!!

I’ve used them for three different projects and they’ve done an excellent job every time. Highly recommend.
