If you are looking for that one-​of-​a-​kind item, something you can’t find anywhere else in Boise, this is the place to go. They have an incredible assortment of corsets, hand-​crafted jewelry, platform boots, leather goods, and so much more! The owners are wonderfully customer service oriented, and will do everything they can to find exactly what you’re looking for. There’s always something new to see every time I stop in!

I have found two costume stores (shops) in Boise and both cater to a slightly different client base. Subspace has items for sell while «The Costume Shop» rents and also sells. Subspace has more upscale costumes and clothing suited for upscale or themed costume parties. I wish that Subspace had rentals for photography shoots but it appears not to at this time. I have known the owners for several years and enjoy them as outstanding people in the community. They are looking for suggestions that will help them serve the local community, be sure to ask for anything you don’t see in the store.
